Make It Glow guarantees your luxury lighting solutions will reach your door-step in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of any damage during transit, Make It Glow guarantees 100% transit insurance. 

Simply, make a video of the product box and its unboxing after it arrives keeping in frame the invoice & timestamp along with it. In case of any transit damage, you have a 48-hour window to update our team with the requisite proof via email to support@makeitglow,co.in or reach out to our 24x7 support team via message on Whatsapp and the team will initiate an exchange request. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Make It Glow to determine the legitimacy and condition of the exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
